As seen in Chuck Dixon's run of Robin. He's young, obnoxious, pompous, sociopathic and generally reminds me of Damian. Wikipedia says he became Anarky. Is this correct? Did he suddenly age up or something?
It wasn't really clear, it was in the rather messy Batman RIP tie-in issues of Robin. He rarely appeared without the mask but I think he looked somewhere in his late teens when he did.
I also think he might have been Red Robin at some point. I really hope Tim took that costume to the dry cleaners: alternate Jason, proper Jason, dumpster, psychopath... could be carrying anything.
