Smallville Se8 Ep08 Bloodline

Kara came back! And then left again :(
I liked this episode. Clark and Lois get sucked to the phantom zone and stumbles upon Kara. they manage to send Lois back to earth but she gets possessed by Fayara (Thayara?), Zod's missus.

Chloe enlists the help of Green Arrow (still hot and in costume this time) to steal the computery type spinney metal hoop thing to help her read the super computer that is the crystal, in order that she can steal Clark back from the Phantom Zone. He also brings Kara back.

Lois-as-Fayara meets Chloe and Tess Mercer (separately) and finds out that mystery dangerous ambulance driver man (remember him?) is her and Zod's son! Dun dun DUN! I prefer this version of Zod's offspring to the Christopher Kent comic version offspring.

Kara gets a crystal from J'onn J'onzz (offscreen) and sucks the phantom Fayara out of Lois, who has just shoved Clark out of a 6 storey hospital window. He broke a car when he landed on it.

Tess Mercer gets more suspicious re Clark and Lex's disappearance. Lois loses her memory of being in the phantom zone, mostly. She's convinced it was a(n?) hallucination. How convenient. Kara advised Clark that Lois can handle his secret then flew off to find Kandor.

Kara shone in this episode, she really did.

Ok so I'm a little behind the times with this one.
Oh Lana, Lana Lana Lana, I realise you're rather mad but shouldn't you know Clark will never go for spying on Lex like that? You've met his morals right? Oh Lana, you're so fucked up in the head. And didn't Lana and Clark have a break up at the end of episode 8? Or some sort of heavy cooling off discussion?

I did like Chloe and Jimmy being discovered in the lift. The looks on their faces. It was just squishy.

Have I missed Chloe experimenting with her powers? Last I saw it was all with the tears of healing, now it's the firey glow of healing? Well I can go with that.

And lastly, yay for Bizarro! Quite excited about next weeks installment now. More excited about Black Canary though. I feel a crush coming on. Pity the set looks so cheap. I'm not sure about the actress's face though. It's a similar feeling with the Kara actress. They just look a bit wrong . Maybe it's just the short hair. We'll see. And with any luck they'll bring Ollie into it, by which point I'll be so excited I may just wet myself.

Smallville - Lara

Stupid stuipid episode. Why have Lara et al come to Earth? Why choose to make a superhero show and then fuck about with the main elements? I wouldn't have any objections if it was done well, but that was stupid.
And it appears Clark has Kara's crystal. Stupid. Am now to hacked off to watch episode 7. Grr.
