"tomoro nage" (or something like that)... pretty standard Judo sacrifice throw, actually. She shouldn't be injured if she rolled out properly. And if she planted her left foot where it looks like she did, that guy is experiencing a super amount of pain.
Sorry, since that Wonder Woman story a little while back I can't help but think of Black Canary as a wrestler. Probably some unholy amalgam of submission wrestling and high-flying.
Barbara would be her manager, Helena as her tag partner-slash-enforcer.
It's from GL vol2, number 114. Around about 1979/1980. it may even be a green lantern/green arrow one, I can't remember what number it reverted back to just gl.

But did she get the pin or did he tap out?
Or did Huntress come in withy a steel chair and get her disqualified for intference with a foreign object?
@ Runolfr: You mean they accurately depicted a judo throw? I'm amazed.
@ James: what?

ok, that makes a bit more sense!
Very cool Black Canary moment! I love the shocked look on that bad guy's face as Black Canary throws him. Which comic book is this scene from?
And I'm really looking forward to the return of the Birds of Prey! :)
